The <a href=\"\/key-words\/dough\/\">dough<\/a> has a moderate enrichment level \u2014 less butter and sugar than the Capital (Stolichny) cake but more than the Health (Zdorovya) version. Raisins are washed, dried, and folded into the finished dough. Baking: 180\u2013200 \u00b0C for 35\u201350 minutes. After cooling, dusted with powdered sugar.
